Could anyone please help me to translate into Russian??

Last month i open restaurant. it's name "12 TWELVE Food & Drink"
i have Thai, Russian and European food to served.
i want to translate name of restaurant to Russian language but i don't sure is it necessary?
My customer 98% are Russian and i want to make them known my restaurant. or Russian could understand in English name.

Name Meaning: 12Twelve is not something special meaning, i just have 12 dining tables and 48 chairs in my restaurant.
i and my family thought that "Twelve" in English, it's sounds very nice.
"Food & Drink", it show direct that we sell food and drink.

In the soonest, i will open a small hotel. it's name "12 Twelve Suites" because we have only 12 suites room ^_^
this is one reason i used name of restaurant "12 Twelve" as well

This is probably the best translation aside from "Двенадцать стульев" (twelve chairs), which is a famous Russian comedy.

I can hardly imagine a restaurant sign bearing two similar names in two languages. Still…

What do you think about just one Russian word “дюжина” which means “a dozen”? This word is not widely used nowadays but everyone knows it. The more the expression “чертова дюжина” that means the number 13 is quite common. This only word as a name of a restaurant seems quite catchy and humorous in a way. It’t not long and easy to say. Russians may find it nice to say “Давай пообедаем в Дюжине сегодня” which means “Let’s dine at …” "Давай пообедаем в двенадцать" would sound bulkier and even confusing because it can also mean "Let's dine at 12 o'clock". Besides, I think that sometimes “oldish” words work better in advertising than modern ones. Of course, there should be the word "restaurant" or something in smaller letters below.

A numeral without a noun sounds confusing in Russian. It makes me feel someone is speaking about the time. Besides, the word seems to be a bit long for visual perception.

i got idea from "Ресторан SIXTY" in Moscow

Well, maybe, if you don't translate the word twelve into Russian. Perhaps it would be best not to translate "twelve" at all, and just to add "restaurant" below.

Ресторан Двенадцать sounds nice. But you have to know that there is a revolutionary poem called Двенадцать by Block. It could be the theme, but might be not suitable for your initial idea. Have a look at the info:The Twelve - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
