complete translations?

Any ideas where I might get professionally complete translations of songs; I can pretty much translate word for word to have an idea of the text but not being Russian, I don't know the culture and society enough to be able to translate so they are poetic and correct in English. Sometimes it is obvious and I can paraphrase but other songs are confusing once I look at the word for word translations.

To translate songs or verses (in rhyme) from one language to another it's always very hard..
