Thread: christmas greetings

What would be some good Russian Christmas greetings for instance to write in a Christmas card.

I'd like to say something like "Wishing you and your family good health, good luck and happiness this Christmas season and always"

Also, how would you say "I hope all is well with you"

I'll give it a shot. Can't promise accuracy though.

Я всегда желаюсь вам с семьей крепкое здоровье, счастливую удачу, и счастье в этом рождестве.

I hope all is well with you
Я надеюсь, что тебе все приятно.

It sounds a little weird to me but let a native correct it, because I can hardly word it better.

One thing I do have to add is that it's Желаю without ся.

желать is not transitive. It takes genitive object.

Желаю вам с семьей крепкого здоровья, счастья, успехов в новом году.

Надеюсь, что у тебя всё нормально [or хорошо].

chaika's translation's acceptable. Though I'd say:
Желаю Вам/тебе и Вашей/твоей семье крепкого здоровья, удачи и счастья в это Рождество. Надеюсь, что у Вас все нормально.
I wouldn't use 'and always' in the Russian translation.
