Sounds like a diminutive of пиво.

Edit: This is how I saw it being used, though: ...чтоб потом попить пивка. Is that the genitive of something perhaps? Because it doesn't look much like an accussative of anything drinkable. I looked for пивок too (it seemed reasonable that it would have a пивка genitive) but no luck.

I don't know. I just asked two Russians and they said it'd just not change in the accusative. I guess since the original is neuter.

maybe, it is just like, a russian drink. you know. brewed fresh in the moutain tops of the urals, 98% proof snow.

The same partitive genitive, we discussed many times before.

пивка isn't genetive to пиво, it is genetive to пивко, wich is пиво+suffix к.
