    Can someone help with this?

    Da, k sozhaleniju, ja zanjat, no ja postarajus' napisat' ili pozvonit' tebe, kogda u menja budet svobodnaja minuta

    I know "ja zanjat" is "I'm busy" and that "napisat'" is a derivative of "write" but can someone translate the entire sentence?
