If "to romanize" mean "to write with latin letters" then it is usually called "to transliterate".Quote:

But any transliteration implies heavy accent anyway.
- if it means "One, who possesses anyone" (The dog obeyed his master. for eg), then:
hoz`yauin or vlad`eletz
- if it means "One, who can make smth better then other" (skilled person), then:
spetsial`ist (specialist in eng) or just m`aster(A,E should sound like russian sounds A,E)
