    Just wondering if anyone could give me an idea what a Perm billboard with a picture of Mt. Rushmore says.

    Thank you so much. Now the picture makes sense. All of the presidents have different color hair, which of course, isn't the case. I was hoping that people who see the billboard realize they don't have different color hair.
