Color the picture. - It depends on a kind of the picture. If it's pre-drawn picture that child is to color, I'd say: Раскрась картинку.

Like if there is an outline and the child is supposed to color in the picture blue is it okay like: Раскрась рисунок синим(?)

Base(in доганальки)where you cannot be tagged - I think it could be called many ways, for instance, дом.
I tagged you - я тебя осалил (or посалил).

Sorry, I haven't heard that kids are still playing салочки. I was quite sure it's some archaic game from old classic books.. Never too late to learn something.

Be quiet - also you may say just "тихо"

If you want to color some particular thing blue - закрась это синим.

Постройтесь. There is no such word as Выстройтесь.

Almost the same, but раскрась means that picture got many parts to be colored. While Закрась means that one part should be filled with one color, like "Закрась квадрат синим цветом".

How long are you staying?- Как долго(или лучше "сколько времени"?)ты тут будешь? correct. Depending on context it can be: Ты к нам (if s/he is staying at your place) надолго?

I'm not giving you anymore- Ещё не дам тебе. Simply "xватит". Or Больше не дам. You can omit "тебе" if it's ckear from the context.

I want to sit in the shade- Я хочу сесть... в тени.
Let's sit over there- Давай сядем вот там.

How long are you staying? – Вы здесь надолго? Надолго вы здесь останетесь (задержитесь)?

I want to sit in the shade – Я лучше посижу в тени (тенёчке). Я хочу в тени посидеть.

When I was young enough, it was "Тебе голить!" or "Ты голишь!", and the name of the game was "догоняшки".

Also, at times the winner could earn "extra lives" in today's video game lingo, and instead of being tagged just lost one of them. Such "extra life" was called "шкурка", and losing one was called "шкурка сгорела". Oh, and you had to announce it by shouting, "Шкурка!" when someone tagged you. Otherwise, you were tagged anyway.

Looks like this terminology seriously varied from place to place and from generation to generation. Mine's hopelessly outdated for sure!
