Thread: Do you know faculty that teaches Russian Via Distance Learning

I have a Bachelor degree in Russian Language from Faculty of Languages in Egypt.
I’m looking forward to pursuing studies for more advanced qualifications, however I can't travel to Russia.

So, I've tried to study Russian via distance learning, but till now, I wasn't able to find any Russian faculty that have programs for distance learning.

All I was able to find is courses for beginners in MGU, and as I've studied Russian for 4 years, these courses were completely unsuitable for me.

If you know a faculty, that teaches Russian via the Internet, I'd really appreciate it, if you let me know.

The only bona fide masters degrees in Russian by distance learning that I am aware of is the one offered by the University of Birmingham in the UK. However this is an MA by research (i.e. not a taught course - instead you have to come up with a research proposal) - PhD Russian Studies course - Postgraduate degree study - University of Birmingham

The University of Toulouse in France offers a masters in Russian by distance learning but the language of instruction is French (so obviously you would need a good level of French) - Universit

Anyone wanting to do a BA in Russian by distance learning might consider the one offered by the University of Dalarna in Sweden (language of instruction is English).
