Do we have any good Russian chefs on the forum? I'm dying to eat some солянка and given the fact that making it myself is much cheaper than flying back to Russia, I need to find a recipe. Yes, I know, someone's about to jump on their keyboard and say "GOOGLE!!!!" I have googled it, and I have found many recipes. What I am interested in knowing though, is does anyone here personally make it (and are they willing to provide the recipe) -- I'd like to try making something that I know someone actually eats and likes...?
