    По-моему, это одно слово, и произноситься оно должно только как "разбал̀уешь"

    Run "Control Panel", "Add/Remove Programs", "Add/Remove Windows component", "Accesoires and Utilities" Details, "Accesoires",
    Install "Character Map" program.

    Run it form "Accesoires/System Toos" folder in "Prorams" menu.

    Select character with unicode code U+0300
    "Combining Grave Accent"
    copy it to clipboard
    Paste it in post before character with accent

    Но все в округе говорят просторечно.

    You want U+301 I think. Acute accent, not grave. That is the traditional symbol used to indicate stress. Maybe put it in AFTER the vowel, like this -- не́́́бо, буты́́́лка, э́́́то.

    Just write:

    but write it together, without spaces!

    And put it forward of the stressed syllable.

    AFTER?

    At least my FireFox and IE want the letter have to be placed BEFORE for right image.
