tnx!
We even don't use newspapers for job seeking in Russia. We have papers like "Работа для вас", but I don't know anybody who use it. Maybe workers do.
Internet is much more popular and relations and friendship too. We have saying "Не имей 100 рублей, а имей 100 друзей". It's about money but It's correctly for job too.

I have a question about twitter. I never heard about it before. We didn’t use it in Russia. How it works?
Really I rather need to post job then to find it. I have to post some vacations. It’s about part time work from home, for students maybe. And I’m looking for free service to do it.
jobdango.com, linkedin.com, monster.com are not free

Twitter only collects job postings from other job resourses. It works as a search engine going through several job sites. If you want to post your job try browsing for some local job sites. Here's what I managed to find for you: http://www.jobvertise.com/employers/register - it's free!
Btw, what is your job? I'm right now looking for opportunities to work up!
