Also, I wonder what made you make that kind of comparison between the totally barbaric and totalitarian Russian Federation who have inherited the total and absolute worshiping of their authorities, with the free and democratic nation of Saudi Arabia? Russians are famous for their disrespect of the law, while the people at Saudi Arabia have made their free democratic choice to abide by the laws. The law you refer to clearly highlights that drastic difference as the free and law-abiding men in Saudi Arabia would not lawfully consume their wives when they starve unless the law permits, whilst the barbaric and lawless Russians would eat just about anything that moves without the permission anyways, so no such law would ever make its way to the State Duma even though the need for that kind of regulation has clearly been awaited for long by the nation..

Для меня это шутки, а вот вчера я выслушал всё это от уважаемого мной взрослого образованного человека, который всё это говорил на полном серьёзе. Что почтение к власти у россиян в крови и именно этим они отличаются от всех европейцев, ну и т.д.
