What would be the traditional Russian culinary equivalent of a Big Mac? The first thing that comes to my mind is a "пирожок с котятами" from a street vendor. At least, the meat is probably from the same source...

Perhaps, mathematically, one could say:

"пирожок с котятами" + ложка майонеза + клоун-талисман + миллионы баксов за рекламы = Big Mac )))))))
