So just Bowling Green (which says they're not offering it anymore) and Duke? Are there any other places?

And just my textbook for now; would take Elementary anyways.

That's all I know about where to take the test in the USA.

And I just emailed Duke University and they said they aren't offering it for non-Duke students. :/

Guess I just won't take it for a long while.
