English. Studied French in school, trying endlessly to learn Russian, and I know about 5 minutes of Mandarin Chinese...
I think some people claim to have 2 native languages because they were born within 2 cultures. For example, I'm from outside of Montreal and learned to speak French and English equally. Most of my family members transition freely back and forth between the two so other kids in families like this grow up to learn both at the same time.
I went to high school with a young lady whose father was French, mother Russian, and we were in Virginia. She spoke French and Russian at home, American with us. Even though I was only a high schooler, I thought she had one of the cleanest English accents I've ever heard - no "Hi ya'll" at all.
I would say she had 3 native languages, easily.
English for me...

The ending of a phrase to be translated so: а я буду счастлив помочь тебе с американским вариантом английского языка.
