Hi,
I have discovered that some news networks stream their video over the internet. Some stations even use closed captioned text to help deaf viewers. I am wondering if anyone knows of any Russian-language station that broadcasts material (perhaps even children's programs) with closed captioning, also in Russian. I believe that this would be a valuable tool for anyone studying the language.
