    Do they sell pepto-bismol in Russia? I need to know.

    Take some with you. I could be wrong, although I've seen russian forums and sites where it is mentioned rather densely. It is called пептобисмол in Russian.

    Take some with you. It'll be cheaper and if you eat food there you may very well need it. Trust me. It's worth having.
