Thread: Russian Music Popular In America

I was wondering if anyone knew of any Russian music that is popular in America, like the Spanish "La Bamba" or German "99 Luftballoons". Even if it's a western band that has a song with Russian lyrics.

They usually have a show once in a month or two.

I must compliment them on Блюй. Get them to make more songs in Russian, they're actually pretty good.

Yeah, it's quite original, they have almost 50%/50% ratio of russian/english songs already.

Tatu is the only Russian band that has ever gotten radio play where I live. I think their video is what did it for them though. You know, two foreign girls wearing Britney Spears (well the old Britney) schoolgirl outfits and making out really hit hard within the pants of American guys everywhere.

Russian music... i think i listen to it more than american music.

Here is a good website where you can find many russian artists and download music free. you just type in the name of who you are looking for for example Aria ... and it will give you a list of many of their albums with the songs in them you can download.

Decl is a russian rapper he is really good. I dont like rap but I enjoy listening to him.

well, i learn russian because of TATY ... they sure have good influence
