    I actually tried that address, but the encoding is all coming out wrong for me, I get this:

    "Сайт закрыт на ремонт.
    Приносим свои извинения."

    It is Unicode UTF-8. Any browser should be able to switch into it. Something like "View-Encoding-Unicode-UTF8"
    "Россия для русских" - это неправильно. Остальные-то чем лучше?
