At my library I do collection development for computers, languages and literature. I ran across a blurb for this book and ordered it for the library. I thought some of y'all here might find it interesting.

Did you know Skype was invented and is based in Estonia?
They were also supposed to be the first country with wireless internet nation-wide. I don't know if they ever successfully implemented it though. The country of Niue has it -- I just read an article in the WSJ about how some entrepreneur acquired the rights for the .nu address from the government in return for providing free wireless access for the whole island -- but it's only like 2500 people, so it's certainly not on the scale Estonia would be...Quote:
