Koran Verse baby from last autumn

Does anyone in Russia remember this story? I came across it by pure chance and I don't understand all of what they are saying in the second part of the video, in Russian.
But surely this is a hoax of some form or another....? What is the real story? This sounds like a Moslem version of Padre Pio and similar stories from Roman Catholicism.
