Interesting Russian/UK site but are these typos or just UK speak?

I came across this site today and took a look around. I found the concept interesting but what struck me as odd was some of the wording. Is it actual UK speak or Russians not speaking English correctly??

What about the Russian side of the site? How well is that written?
    Hanna or others??

Here are some UK English examples that I've highlighted the "odd" parts:

WE BRIDGE RUSSIAN AMBITIOUS BUSINESS WITH THE BESTEST BRITISH BRAND AND DESIGN EXPERTS
As any other B2B service provider on a planet Earth,
British continued excellence and proven expertise in design and branding are out of competition
Researches and comprehensive reports on the best providers in your specific area of interest
Being a UK-based company with the Russian background

By the way, they had a very cute graphic which is how I found them...

I only speak two languages, English and bad English.

The mistakes seem to be Russian. Out of competition = вне конкуренции. Researches - исследования. Bestest - самый лучший. Mixing articles is typical for Russians.

    We help creative agencies
in the UK meet clients from
    Russia and Eastern Europe,
    and vice versa.
    To meet, probably.

Both are fine, and that "to" thing after "help" would sound too British to my ears.
