How may I post a profile photo?

Hello,

I was in my profile page and did not see an option to post a profile photo.

Is this something I must have a certain number of posts to enable? :dunno:

When logged in: Settings (from the top horizontal menu) - Edit Profile Picture (from vertical menu on the left)
