Not sure if this is what you mean, but...
What I did is (assuming you're a Windows user), go to Control Panel, click on Regional/Language options, then the tab Languages, then Details...you add Russian there, then hit Apply, and you're done.
(Is this what you meant?)
Then all you have to do is press "Shift" + "Alt" to toggle between the two languages.
The blind 10-finger method rules. Takes some time to learn but pays off.
I've always wanted to master this method but never managed to find time. Did you master it?

Yes, I did, for both languages. But not completely, unfortunately: I didn't have enough patience to learn the top row (the one with digits) :oops: .Quote:
