Why would you come to a Russian language forum and ask about some obscure mountain language?

I find it rather interesting. The term "Russian history" is often unfairly used to describe distinct peoples who happened to fall under Moscow at one point or another. If we are going to withhold these peoples their own history independent of "Russian History," we need to at least have the respect to learn about them in a Russian context. More simply, we can't tell them that they are part of Russian History, and then withhold from them the privilege of being discussed in the only context which we allowed them a voice the first place.
So yes, discussion of Abaza should always be welcome on a Russian board.
