    A free online handwritten font?

    Hi.

I have been trying to learn handwritten Russian as I have got the hang of reading text written Russian. I am finding it hard though with handrussian. 't' looks like 'm' !!!

Anyway, is there a resource online that will allow me to type into handwritten Russian? Kind of like an online keyboard?

    Thanks
    Andy

Hmmmm... If you type in italic with most fonts the text looks a bit more like handwritten...

That's not what he means at ALL. He wants something that looks like a cursive/handwritten FONT, not font style.
Заранее благодарю всех за исправление ошибок в моём русском.

Andrew - it's actually only a question of muscle memory

Try this: find yourself a LOOOOOONG Russian text, and sit down and copy it (even if you haven't got a clue what it means ). Again and again. Not a couple of words, full text, text, text. Half an hour in the morning, half an hour in the evening.

After a week you'll be writing cyrillic like it's the only thing you've ever done.
Ой, голова у меня кружится |-P ...... and my brain hurts too....

I don't see the need of a Russian cursive font.

How hard can it be to learn Russian handwriting. I never remembered having any trouble.

Do you know any? I don't, but since he said he's having trouble with stuff like Ts looking like "m"s... changing the text into italic will help a bit to at least recognize the letters.

Nope. If I did, I would have posted them here. I do know that they are available for English-language fonts, and presumably someone has created a Cyrillic one. That IS what the man asked for.

Nope. Never knew this existed. But now that I do, does this satisfy OP?:

Technically that's a Bulgarian font, but others work fine for Russian on that page...?

My Russian and Ukrainian handwritings are much better than my English handwriting.

Not a handwriting font, but a plain old Courier font, is available for free at:

    http://www.paratype.ru/primer/

    Windows and Mac pcs.

It has the old letters like yat' and fita, too.

    't' looks like 'm'
Russian small (cursive, not block) "т" is English "m".

Mistral. Download "Mistral" font and switch to cyrillic.
