English keyboard Cyrillic Keyboard

My computer has Vista for an operating system and I do have MS Office (including MS Word).

I do not have a problem writing in English, but to write in Russian, I have go to a web site to use a virtual keyboard.

Is there an easy way to switch back and forth between English and Cyrillic, is there a program I can use?

Thank you. I just downloaded the phoenetic keyboard and changed the settings. :D

But keep in mind, that phonetic layout is very uncommon :wink: :
