I recently purchased this picture at an Antique store here in the United States.

I do not speak/read Russian, but does ANYONE know who these 3 men are, or what this says (in English)?

This picture is a part of an icon (or of a reproduction of an icon). The text you meant is inscriptions in Old Church Slavonic language. They're read :1) 'Holy hierarch Basil', 2) 'Holy hierarch John', 3)''Holy hierarch Gregory' (left to right)
