It is extremely fun chatting with REAL russians, and REAL students learning Russian!

You can also enter through web interface (see top right corner)
but from MIRC is better (cuz web interface are pretty buggy...)
I agree, the web interface is a little sketchy. And i'm not a huge fan of mIrc, just because sometimes getting the encoding right for cyrillic is tricky. An easy to use client that is free can be downloaded at xchat.org. It works pretty well, and it takes no configuration to get the cyrillic to work on it (at least not for me).
