For users outside Russia, you can only download between 2 am and 8 am Moscow time, and only one movie at a time.

For "foreign" users the downloading time is from 2 to 8 a.m. (Moscow time)

Sorry I didn't know that you want feature films. I thought you are talking about cartoons - мультфильмы. Feature film - is movie which is acted by actors, right?

for me (and i could be wrong since english is not my mother tongue), a feature film is just a film that lasts more than one hour, as opposed to a short film, like disney's or ghibli's productions.

Most of them are short.

Капитан Врунгель - it's like a serial, so it could be considered as 'full-length' movie

Well, some soviet cartoons are quite good (those which were not intended as communist propaganda).
Ну, погоди! is a Russian version of Tom & Jerry with a wolf and a hare instead of a cat and a mouse. And it is not as cruel and violent as Tom & Jerry is.

I like such feature film as Тайна третьей планеты or wonderful cartoon 30-serie film Веселая карусель (I bought recently DVD with Веселая карусель). And what about Алиса в стране чудес and Алиса в Зазеркалье ? The best!!!

I love Чебурашка! I watched it the first time in a Russian history class... my teacher said Чебурашка was a more important historical figure than Brezhnev.
