can someone identify this song?

I found this song on a folk music website:

Listen to the last 1 minute of the song where the tune changes and they sign a lively dance-type bit. I've heard it before on TV, etc. but I can't find any information on it on the internet. That website has the lyrics for the start of the song but not that bit.

I'd like to know what the song is called or where I can get the lyrics (in Russian) for it please if anybody knows.
