Can I find a facility to scan and email documents in Moscow?
Hi again, and thanks to everyone for all help so far - i love this site! :)
I need to find somewhere near to Polyanka metro to scan and email 2 documents. Also, I need to receive an email and print it out. Will i find this facility in a shop? Library? Does anyone know of a place near to Polyanka for this service? Thanks for any advice. Peter

"CAN I FIND A FACILITY TO SCAN AND EMAIL DOCUMENTS IN MOSCOW?"
Of cource, you can not. There is no Internet in Russia. And scanners are too expensive for russians to buy.
Seriosly, you need to find a place called "Internet cafe", or "Internet centre", or something like this.
Check these sites:

Unfortunately, I have not found one near the Polyanka metro station.
Also, in every major Moscow train station there is a so-called Service centre, which has the facilities you need.
P.S. You can always find free Wi-Fi Internet in the places like Macdonalds. So, if you have a laptop you can buy a cheap scanner for $50, scan documents at home, and send them in Macdonalds :)
P.P.S. Scanners and printers are also in so called copy-centers (print-shops all around Moscow)

Some post-offices in Moscow have Internet access service. One of them is situated near your destination:

You can have your papers scanned there and send them via any online e-mail service afterwards.
The post office is situated in the same building where there is a Raiffeissen bank's office (with a well-seen latin-letters sign)

There is an Internet cafe near the Tretyakovskaya metro station, not far from Polyanka. Quite cheap, as I remember. If I'm not mistaken, its name is АСТАЛАВИСТА.

Today I was going near the Kurskij railway station (Kurskaya metro station), so I decided to go into and check.
There are 3 floors in the station: zero (underground), first (ground) and second. At the first floor, in the far-left corner from the main entrance you can see the following sign:

There are pointers to the «Service centre» and «VIP waiting hall» at the sign. To the left of the sign there is a corridor. First, at the left side of the corridor there is a room with glass wall (service centre). They have computers with Internet access, printer, scanner. Next, at the right side of the corridor, there is VIP waiting hall. They have computers with Internet access, printer, beautiful english-speaking women which will bring you tea or coffee, soft sofas (probably to have sex with these women), but their scanner is broken.
