    I've seen 4's before, I assume they are used for "д"??

    I have no clue about the first one, but could the second one be "I and him/it" or something similar? Or maybe German?

    4 is used instead of the letter ч
    ..they look a like.
    it says симпотичный альбомчик which means cute little album.
    the second one is я и он - I and he (correct english grammar for that is him and I..)
