I've been to Brighton Beach in England. No sand, just stones. Lots of gays too. It's like San Fransico, except with lots of old people too.Quote:

Ever since I was a young boy
I've played the silver ball
From Soho down to Brighton
I must have played them all
But I ain't seen nothing like him
In any amusement hall
That deaf, dumb and blind kid
Sure plays a mean pinball
Cool song BM. I remember hearing that song when it first came out. It must have been 20+ years ago. Man I am old. :D
Never been to Brighton beach and apparently not too many of us regulars on the forum have either.
So what brings you to Brighton beach anyway?
Soho is London's gay area, and Brighton is England's other gay hot spot.
Well, i liked the song a lot more before you said that.Quote:

I've been to Brighton Beach twice. It's a small section of Brooklyn. What to expect:
Lot's of Russians
Most of the signs on the stores are in Russian
There were a few Russian book/cd/video/dvd stores
Pretty hard to find parking
I wasn't looking (I'm hetrosexual) but saw no gays
Brighton Beach Avenue is where I spent most of my time.
Have fun,
Scott
Do I have to explain what is wrong with this statement?Quote:

Lot's of Jews. In the USSR mostly Jews were allowed to emigrate in the USA. I would say only Jews could emigrate from the USSR.Quote:
