Hi,
I am going to live in Russia (Moscow) for 5 months, I will leave Italy in a couple of weeks, so I will need a new mobile phone number... which is the best offert at the moment?
I need both phone calls and internet connection for my smartphone... if you have any piece of advice, as soon as possible I will look for a shop of the russian mobile phone operator yo will suggest me.

There're 3 mobile operators in Moscow:
- МТС (Оператор связи МТС - Сотовая связь, телевидение и интернет, услуги мобильной связи частным клиентам - Москва и Подмосковье)
- Билайн (Билайн частным лицам - Продукты, тарифы и услуги - официальный сайт оператора Билайн - Москва)
- Мегафон (http://moscow.megafon.ru/)
As for me, prices are quite similar and there're no significant difference in quality or coverage.
Some of them may have some special offers, but it greatly depends on how are you going to use mobile phone - how much talking, how many sms, how many MB of internet per month.
I guess for month approximately 1 gb internet not less, 100 minutes talking, and very few sms.... I need a good coverage for whatsapp/skype and overall for google maps, in case I will get lost :D :D :D

3 Euro (you actually have to pay 4 - one will be on your account) for the first month, 8 Euro for the next (sneaky marketing bastards :) )
4G coverage is OK.
