could anyone tell me what adress am i supposed to use to get in touch with the admin here?

sending mail to admin@masterrussian.com results in a delivery failure...

The email admin@masterrussian.com is actually reachable. I get emails there every day. There might be other reasons why you couldn't send it out. Most of them are related to the ISP provider of the sender.
