"he knows how to handle himself" ???

    Hi everyone,

there is a phrase spoken by a Matt Damon`s character in one of my favourite movies, but I can`t find the proper translation for it.

Jason Bourne: I can tell you the license plate numbers of all six cars outside. I can tell you that our waitress is left-handed and the guy sitting up at the counter weighs two hundred fifteen pounds and knows how to handle himself. I know the best place to look for a gun is the cab of the gray truck outside, and at this altitude, I can run flat out for a half mile before my hands start shaking. Now why would I know that? How can I know that and not know who I am?
    (watch the episode )

    I suppose that can be:

    1. he seems to have some fighting (boxing\restling) skills due to his confidence
    2. he does some fitness in order to keep himself in shape
    3. he does not any sports, but knows how much he is able eat\drink
    4. he probably has got strong temper (because of his manners)

I wonder what kind of conclusion the secret agent had?

Я думаю , что How to handle himself = Как себя вести.

From the contextual information its most like 1 (possibly 2 also, but not enough information from the video or words spoken)
Taken in context it would be: "the guy sitting up at the counter weighs two hundred fifteen pounds and knows how to handle himself [in a fight.]"
