    Did you know that the word renter is translated both as landlord (owner, proprietor) and as a tenant (lessee)?

    Fcuk, no. Was pretty sure that was a rentee.

    For several occasions I rented anything abroad - I used only two words: Landlord\Owner (Арендодатель) - Tenant (Арендатор).
