P.P.S. At 1:14 "I guess I'm Phil" is this normal intonation? I mean he's Phil but he says that as though he's contradicting the previous speaker but no contradiction takes place in fact. Go figure:-o
Well, "The uploader has not made this video available in your country.". This video doesn't seem to exist from where I am. All I can add here is that "con" means "with" in Spanish. It's not entirely unrare for someone in America to joke using a Spanish word since Spanish is basically the only other language we're exposed to without seeking one out.

Yes, that video is being discussed on another forum and still no one there seems to have any glue on what exactly they said. That's why I decided to ask this question here, because many native speakers of English are visiting this site and it's a lot easier for them to do such things.
