Can You please correct my analysis of this sentence.

I had my first long talk with Marx the day after I met him at the fete which I have just mentioned.

    had - Imperfective past.
'first long talk with Marx' is the direct object; hence, accusative

'the day after I met him at the fete' is prepositional? etc etc? please

I'm a native speaker so fortunately I don't have to go near English grammar on a regular basis, but I'd guess...

Can You please correct my analysis of this sentence.
I had my first long talk with Marx the day after I met him at the fete which I have just mentioned.

had - This is regular past tense. If it was imperfect it would be have had (today I have, yesterday I had and I have had before)

'first long talk' is the direct object- agreed accusative

with Marx is a prepositional phrase

after I met him prepositional phrase

at the fete- also a prepositional phrase

which I have just mentioned is a relative clause

So I don't know that the above grammar points are entirely correct, but I can tell you that you'd get docked by any English teacher for this sentence because it's a run on. We would probably put a period after at him. (then start the next sentence with 'It was at the fete...' OR rewrite it so that you no longer have that last clause (ie 'at the fete I just mentioned' or 'at the fete I mentioned')
